Pricing & Artwork Guidelines

Because there are so many variables with production and branding of Promotional Products ie quantity required, number of print colours, type of branding, size of print or embroidery etc., it is difficult to have pricing available on line.

Plus because of these variables we always like to show all costs separately in order to be totally transparent. That is our way of being fair. We have a "contact us" area on this website so please feel free to enquire about any products and we will be happy to help with pricing and/or advice.

Artwork can be supplied by or created for customers. If it is to be created then there will be a charge depending on the time taken to create this artwork. If artwork is supplied then any work done to change the size etc to print it onto a product will be part of the setup to print cost.

Artwork can be supplied in any of the following ways:

• EPS - Encapsulated Postscript file
• CDR - Corel Draw - version 12
• FH - Freehand - ensure version is no later than MX
• AI - Adobe Illustrator format, ensure version is no later than CS4
• PDF - Portable Document file
• TIF/BMP - these files are not editable. There may be art charges for conversion to a asable format
• JPEG/GIF - the resolution is too low and is not suitable as artwonk. There would be artwork chargers to redraw to a usable format.
• DOC / DOCX - Word Documents are not usually usable. There would be art charges to redraw to a usable format.

Notes: Jpeg images are low resolution for use in websites and for visual purposes on a computer screen. Plus easy emailing as the files are generally smaller. Web based art is too low in resolution to use as artwork, however it may be suitable for digital printing. Jpeg files can be used for setting up to embroider but would need to be checked first for suitability.
